Having moved into The Castle Residences a few months ago, it’s always nice to see the now familiar, friendly faces at the Concierge Desk providing security, accepting your parcels and running everything with smooth expertise. Headed by the cheerful, very helpful Jorge, the team makes it a pleasure to live in this quiet, beautifully appointed building as they greet you with a smile every time you walk in and out. Ben in the loading dock, the pillar of calm confidence, makes it all easy with his immaculate handling of accepting large deliveries of furniture and so forth while the Building Maintenance team is prompt with their response for any repairs…kudos to David !! The thorough Anastasia always keeps you updated on developments in the building; alarm testing, car park availability etc. Seeing Jorge and the crew everyday at the entrance provides a reassurance that cannot be understated.
